We document everything in an inspection report with observations, photography and recommended actions – a basis you can use for maintenance decisions, insurance and service agreements.
What is included in a silo inspection?
- Interior and exterior inspection of the construction

Inspection report
We deliver a written report with observations, risk assessment and recommended actions. The report is an important basis for service agreements, insurance and long-term planning of maintenance.
Recommended inspection intervals
- Quarterly: Flow, inlets/outlets, safety systems and visible deviations
- Biannually: Construction review, ventilation, seals and filters
- Annually: Full inspection with report, photography and action plan
- When needed: Before cleaning, repair, production change or deviation report
Service agreement
With a service agreement the inspections are planned continuously – you don't need to keep track of when the next check should take place. We adapt the agreement to your facility, number of silos and operation. The service agreement can also include cleaning and maintenance in the same arrangement.

Deviations are photographed and summarised in an inspection report with observations, risk assessment and recommended actions.
Follow-up
The report serves as a basis for decisions. When needed we plan actions immediately or include them in a service agreement.

How often should a silo be inspected?
Recommended is at least one full inspection per year, supplemented with simpler checks quarterly or biannually depending on silo type, material and load. Heavily used silos or those with sensitive materials may need more frequent inspection.
What is included in an inspection report?
The report contains observations from interior and exterior inspection, documentation of any damage, coatings, rust or wear, and recommendations for actions and follow-up. Photo documentation is always included.
Can you offer service agreements?

What happens if you find damage during the inspection?
We document the finding in the report with image and recommendation. Depending on severity, we can either address it directly on site or plan a separate intervention. You always get a clear basis for decisions.
